Massive “No Kings” Protests Sweep US Against Administration Policies

(MENAFN) Millions of Americans took part in the third wave of "No Kings" demonstrations on Saturday, voicing opposition to the U.S. administration’s policies, including military operations in Iran and immigration enforcement measures, according to reports.

Across the country, over 3,100 rallies were organized in major cities such as Washington D.C., New York, Boston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Estimates indicate that around 900,000 people participated, making it one of the largest single-day protest events in U.S. history.

Organizers noted that previous nationwide rallies in June and October 2025 drew more than 5 million and 7 million participants, respectively.

The main gathering took place at the Minnesota state Capitol in Saint Paul, where nearly 100,000 people attended despite cold weather conditions. Authorities confirmed at least 50,000 attendees.

The demonstrations primarily focused on opposition to U.S. military action in Iran, the January deaths of two American citizens involving immigration enforcement, and what organizers described as the excessive power of the Donald Trump administration. "No Kings" representatives emphasized the importance of voicing dissent against policies they consider harmful and authoritarian.
